The Medha Yoga Level 1 focuses on making teens stress-free and happy, yet focused go-getters. The program helps teens overcome negative emotions and deal with stress. The program empowers them physically – through simple yogasanas; mentally and emotionally – through cleansing breathing techniques including Sudarshan Kriya.
With tips and discussions around topics like studies, peer pressure, and self-esteem, the program guides them to achieve their full potential. In addition, important life skills like teamwork and cooperation are honed through interactive processes and games.
Learning and socializing in a fun and engaging environment, with the sense of belonging and togetherness, teens learn that success & happiness can go hand-in-hand.
