Intuition is the knowledge that comes from within, as opposed to that which you acquire, which you have heard of or which you can guess through your intellect. All of us have experienced intuitive moments in our daily lives. For children, it is easy to tap into and develop this intuitive dimension. Their minds are fresh, less obsessive and more in tune with nature. 

Prajñā Yoga – Intuition Process is a unique way to develop intuitive abilities through simple exercises and meditation. The program empowers children with sharper perception, alertness, improved learning skills and decision-making skills. Regular practice helps children to develop and utilise intuition in their everyday life, impacting and improving studies, talents, communication and creativity.

In this program, children are introduced to:
-Yogic techniques to help relax the mind and increase focus.
-Guided meditation and relaxation techniques
-Activities such as blindfold colour identification, reading, and games, which help participants to access and use their intuitive abilities.

Age: 5+ to 18 years
Duration: 4-6 hour program spread across two days.

Intuition brings the right thought at the right moment. It connects us to a bigger understanding of life, allowing us to make decisions from a space of clarity and knowing.

Self Confidence

Accessing our intuitive abilities also means connecting with ourselves. While practicing the techniques taught in the Intuition Process, participants dive deep into their inner world. They establish a natural relation with themselves built on trust, harmony, and love. Being aware of this beauty within, it becomes easier to relate to others.

Learning Skills

Through our intuitive abilities, we can access new learning skills, different from everything that was taught us before. Participants share that using the power of intuition, studying not only becomes easier but that a whole new dimension of learning opens up.

Communication Skills

Intuition helps us to connect with people on a different level. We can feel the other person. We know what needs to be said and done without the other even telling us. This brings more harmony in our relations and helps us to be a real support for others when they need us.
