Sri Sri Yoga - Level 1

This holistic 4 day program will help you strengthen the connection between your mind, body & breath, and leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and in love with your body! While the Sri Sri Yoga Beginners Flow is simple and fun to learn, we also help you stretch a little beyond your comfort zone. 

Experience all aspects of a complete yoga practice, including traditional asanas (postures), simple pranayamas (breathing techniques), guided meditation and knowledge of yoga. Though it may seem that yoga is more of a physical workout technique, it works on the mental level too. It makes the body more flexible and improves the immunity level. It also alleviates stress, soothes the nerves and calms the mind.

Yoga asanas contribute towards physical well-being. Yoga postures done with full awareness provide a gentle massage to all the internal organs, increase muscle tone & flexibility, improve digestion and sleep quality.

The mind is constantly involved in an activity – swinging from the past to the future – but never staying in present. By simply being aware of mind’s tendency, we can save ourselves from getting stressed or worked up. Yoga, pranayama & meditation help create that awareness and bring the mind back to the present moment, where it can stay happy and focused.

Enhance immunity

Our system is a seamless blend of the body, mind, and spirit. An irregularity in the body affects the mind and similarly, unpleasantness or restlessness in the mind can manifest as an ailment in the body. Yoga poses help massage organs and strengthens muscles while breathing techniques and meditation release stress and improve immunity.

The balance, flexibility, alertness that you achieve on the yoga mat, reflects in your actions and attitude off the yoga mat too. Learning to breathe through difficult postures can help you breathe through difficult times.
